Drinking Beautiful Water

“Water, the Hub of Life. Water is its mater and matrix, mother and medium. Water is the most extraordinary substance! Practically all its properties are anomolous, which enabled life to use it as building material for its machinery. Life is water dancing to the tune of solids.” ~ Albert Szent-Gyorgyi

Hydrating…Enlivening…Refreshing…Healing…Inspiring…Honoring…Connecting

I made a discovery a few years back, and that was something that combined my love of art, health and gardening all together in a most amazing way. And something so simple yet so divine. The making and drinking of what I call, Beautiful Water.

How to make your own Beautiful Water

Making beautiful water is easy, it is cultivating the componants that can be the work! But even that need not be difficult. I make it a point of growing mostly edible flowers in my garden, so that they can be put into my water, salads, teas and healing essences. I use only organic soils and fertilizers. Here is what I used for this pitcher of Beautiful water:

  1. A GLASS PITCHER IS IDEAL- I love to be able to see the water, and the flowers and plants form beautiful patterns and colors.

  2. USE FRESH SPRING OR FILTERED OR WELL WATER- Clean good water is preferred, but use what you have, and the water will be uplifted.

  3. GATHER YOUR PLANTS AND FLOWER WHEN FRESH- I use fresh flowers and leaves, not wilted. For the water pictured above I used a mix of Pansies, Dianthus, Mint, Lemon Balm, Petunia, Nasturtium flowers and leaves and Rose petals.
